SILROC CZ is a specialist in the production of custom silicone and masking caps. According to the customer’s requirements and specifications, we manufacture the required part exactly to their needs. Thanks to our experience and flexible approach, we are able to prepare the first prototype in a very short time, on the basis of which serial production can be launched after mutual approval.

Temperature Resistance
Permanently up to 220 °C (short-term up to 250 °C) ideal for curing ovens in powder coating plants and repeated cycles.
Chemical Stability
Silicone is resistant to common acidic and alkaline degreasing baths, phosphating, and KTL processes and is very suitable for repeated use in paint shops.
Flexibility and Memory
After removal from the oven and from the part, the silicone retains its shape (it does not lose flexibility, it does not become brittle as quickly as other materials).
Time Savings in Masking
Easy handling, color coding of individual parts, and shorter subsequent processing.
Variable Electrical Properties
Electrical insulator or, conversely, the possibility of using electrically conductive silicone. A combination of both materials in one product is also possible.
Use without adhesives and additional cleaning
There is no need to use adhesives or clean threads, which simplifies the entire workflow.
